Our Beef Jerky is made from an old South American recipe passed down from mother to daughter for several generations.

The quality and process is not compromised by current mass production techniques and takes four days from start to finish to allow the meat to marinate and drain efficiently to give a dry and real meat taste.

I have never enjoyed Beef Jerky. Tough, flavourless… They are akin to human chew toys. That is, until I tried FATV Jerky! Smokey and juicy, texture is consistent and so delicious. If you have never been a fan of jerky, FATV Jerky will change your mind. If you love jerky, what are you waiting for?

Ok folks here is my review of the hot ‘n’ spicy jerky. Was it good?
It was better than good! It was homemade at its best alright! One of the best if not the best jerkies I have ever tasted. The beef itself was crisp and tasty in its own right but the spices and chilli on it made it mouth-watering and the kick of the hot spices made it all the more enjoyable. It had great heat and a lingering tongue burn for about 15 minutes. It was in no way unpleasant if fact it was enjoyable. So an all round great product, an 11 out of 10 – would recommend that if you’re not into hot ‘n spicy then you’re missing out.
