After ordering, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. FATV Jerky will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. FATV Jerky has the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval by our hosted payment server, with an acceptable method of payment. We accept payments from Credit Cards via paypal. You will need a paypal account.

FATV Jerky is not responsible for any losses or damages caused by this website or delivery providers. Delivery times are an estimate only and may take up to a maximum of 14 days to deliver. FATV Jerky will not be held responsible for any late deliveries, losses or damage relating to late deliveries. FATV Jerky will not accept any liability over harm, injury, allergic reactions or accidents that may occur whilst using or as a result of using our products and/or packaging.

FATV Jerky offers delivery from our warehouse using Australia Post. No items will be posted until all funds have cleared. No orders outside of Australia will be accepted. If you place an order from outside of an Australia, we will refund your money immediately, but you will incur a $5 AUD fee to cover cancellation fees and adminstrational costs.

STANDARD SHIPPING
Metro areas: Place your order before 3pm on a business day and it should arrive in the next two to five (2-5) business days depending on location.

The rest of Australia (including rural areas): Place your order any time on a business day and it should arrive within two to four (2-4) business days.

If your order is placed after 3pm on a business day, it will be posted the next business day.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
Metro areas: Place your order before 3pm on a business day and it will arrive in the next two (2) business days.

If your order is placed after 3pm on a business day, it should arrive within two to three (2-3) business days.

The rest of Australia (including rural areas): Place your order any time on a business day and it should arrive within two to four (2-4) business days.

Whilst we offer standard, premium express and a free delivery service, it may take up to a fourteen day for deliveries to arrive.

The delivery address for your order is shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation. If incorrect address has been given, address changes can be made up until the order has been processed. FATV Jerky, will accommodate all address change requests to the best of their ability. Please contact us BY CLICKING HERE. No accountability will be taken by FATV Jerky for orders delivered to an incorrect or invalid address.

Product pricing may be subject to change without notice. All prices are display in Australian Dollars.

FATV Jerky offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy, we are not happy. Contact us to organise the product to be returned and you will recieve a full refund of your product.

Cancellations can be made if notified before product has been processed. If the product has been sent for delivery, FATV Jerky have the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a 50% cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery provider

• Promotions, discounts and promotional codes (collectively “Promotions”) are valid for the specified time period for online purchases of merchandise only and may be used one time only unless otherwise stated.
• One time use Promotions must be used in their entirety in a single purchase. Any amounts not redeemed in the applicable purchase will be forfeited. Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions.
• For promotions where you must buy 1 (or more) item(s) to get a reduction on the second (additional) item(s), the discount will be applied at checkout to the lower priced item.
• If merchandise was purchased with a Promotion and subsequently returned, you will be issued a credit or refund at the promotional price and, if the Promotion has expired, it cannot then be applied to a replacement or future order.
• If you return a gift that was purchased with a Promotion and the Promotion has expired, you cannot apply the expired Promotion to a replacement or future order.
• Promotional items are available only while supplies last; FATV Jerky, does not issue rain checks for items that run out of stock.
• FATV Jerky can, at its sole discretion, extend or terminate a Promotion at any time.
